By using Print Kotika, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully before using the platform.

1. About Print Kotika

Print Kotika is a temporary secure cloud printing platform operated by MATROP PRIVATE LIMITED.

The platform enables users to select printable documents, generate temporary secure Print Codes, and access documents for printing purposes.

2. Temporary Document Usage

Selected documents are stored temporarily only to provide printing functionality.

Users may manually delete documents or generated print sessions at any time directly from the platform.

If documents are not manually deleted, all selected documents, print sessions, and temporary data are automatically and permanently removed from the system, typically within 60 minutes.

Print Kotika does not permanently retain documents after deletion or expiry.

3. User Responsibilities

• Users must have legal rights to access, share, and print documents.
• Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of generated Print Codes.
• Users must not use the platform for unlawful, harmful, abusive, or malicious activities.
• Users must not attempt to disrupt, overload, abuse, or interfere with platform operations.

4. Prohibited Activities

• Distributing malware, viruses, or harmful software.
• Using automated bots, scraping tools, or spam activities.
• Attempting unauthorized access to systems or data.
• Using the platform for illegal activities.
• Violating intellectual property or copyright laws.

5. Service Availability

While we strive to provide reliable service, Print Kotika does not guarantee uninterrupted availability, permanent storage, or error-free operation.

6. Security & Privacy

We implement reasonable technical and organizational safeguards to protect selected documents and platform operations.

However, no internet-based platform can guarantee absolute security, and users acknowledge the inherent risks associated with online services.

7. Third-Party Services

Print Kotika may integrate with third-party services including analytics providers, cloud infrastructure providers, content delivery networks (CDNs), advertising partners, and other technology providers required to operate the platform.

8. Limitation of Liability

MATROP PRIVATE LIMITED shall not be liable for document loss, interrupted access, printing issues, indirect damages, service interruptions, or misuse of the platform by users or third parties.

9. Intellectual Property

Users retain ownership of their documents. Print Kotika claims no ownership over user documents and processes them solely to provide temporary printing functionality.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms & Conditions periodically. Continued use of Print Kotika after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms & Conditions.
