Sending a file leaves a copy with them. A Print Code lets them print; you delete afterward so documents are no longer accessible.

No. You only share the Print Code. Your number and email stay private — and you don’t need to save theirs either.

How do I create a Print Code?

Select your documents, set copies/color if needed, then tap Generate Print Code. Share that 6-digit code with the printer.

How long does the code last?

About 60 minutes from when you generate it. Delete sooner anytime after printing.

Can I stop access after they print?

Yes. Delete the Print Code. Once deleted, the code and documents are no longer accessible.
